The Secret World Angels And Demons mission walkthrough
If you are playing The Secret World, you will find the missions to be tricky as some of them involve actual investigation. Gone are the days when you could only go up to the level cap; in fact, there are NO levels in TSW.
The main way you can progress in the game is through missions and your building.
I am going to give you a tour of the Angels and Demons research mission that will be given to you in Egypt in the Scorched Desert area.
The first thing you need to do is find the building with the “Plethron” sign – enter this building and look for the “Plethron” office and you will find that it is closed.
There is a building that runs parallel to the office building and you need to go up the back steps and jump off the roof.
You will enter the office through another door on the second floor that is unlocked.
Once you enter the office, you will receive another quest update directing you to find more information on Plethron.
You should find a dead man in the room and you need to check his badge, which will give you the following information:
Name: H glass
Position: Field Director
Authorization level: Gold-Bug
You will also get a password hint which is:
My Last Name is common in classical literature and my clearance level is the key.
This is the hard part as you need to research classic novels to get an idea of what he is talking about. It’s actually a book called The Gold Bug by Edgar Allen Poe.
Now you need to enter the gold error into the computer and it will give you the code 305.
He will then instruct you to investigate The Shipping Warehouse.
You just need to open the map and you will find this quite easily.
Now you need to access the surveillance footage and pay attention as you will need to note the number of beeps you hear on the footage. You will hear a different tone on the beeps and this will let you know which numbers to press to open the box.
If you are stuck, the code is 2,4,3,5.
Once you have done this, you will open the box and receive a special message just for you.
