The ‘Postman’ Weight Loss Plan!

This article is for those of you who have a weight problem and want to lose weight. I know what it feels like to struggle with a weight problem after trying countless diets and weight loss plans. Like so many people, I have always preferred the flavors and comfort of the wrong kinds of food; food that is packed with calories that you would never burn.

The foods that I should have been eating never really appealed to me, vegetables, fruits, salads, pasta, I just couldn’t enjoy eating them and opted for the good old pizzas, burgers, curries and chips. The problem with being a teenager who wants to be accepted is that you do things that are not very good for your health, smoking is one of them, but hanging out in fast food places and drinking alcohol are the two that really have a negative effect. on her weight, it goes without saying that by the time i was a young adult she had a serious weight problem and suffered severely with low self esteem and confidence issues.

It was at this time that, like so many others, I made a conscious decision to start trying to lose some weight, and began searching for diets and weight loss programs, of which there seemed to be thousands. I tried one after the other, but soon grew tired of the lack of taste and flavor of low-fat foods and living on milk shakes wasn’t really my idea of diet heaven. Just when I had gotten to the point where I was thinking there was nothing I could do about my weight because the diet just wasn’t working for me, I noticed our postman walking our way, I used to go to school with him and like me he He used to carry quite a bit of weight, but surprisingly now he was quite thin. I called him and we chatted and eventually got up the courage to ask him how he managed to lose so much weight.

He told me he was just as I remembered when he started his job as a postman a couple of years before, but all the walking and carrying delivery bags had made him lose all this weight, he hadn’t been on any diet as such and because he worked early in the morning tomorrow he had practically given up alcohol at work nights.

The answer was as simple as the day is long, exercise. I can still eat normally, not overeat, but normally and exercise regularly and I will start to lose weight. It was amazing once I started, my weight started to drop pretty quickly at first and I actually felt less hungry and more thirsty, especially after exercise and I always quenched my thirst with water. This, in turn, made me feel much healthier and happier about myself, so I also felt compelled to drink less alcohol. I am happy to report that I am currently very satisfied with my weight and have even eaten healthy foods for the last twelve months which have contributed to my weight loss even more.
