If you want to be the best, you can possibly become it, it is important to start, with an open mind and a willingness, objectively and introspectively, to be ready, willing and able to give yourself a check-up. , from the neck – up! Part of this process should include taking time and proactively assessing what you consider to be your true self: VALUE. This should include real value, your true values and what you think they are and how they align. With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.
one. Visions; values; valuable; validate; vitality; virtues: Take a closer look and consider your true visions, and why you have them, and if they are beneficial and realistic! How do your personal values align with your overall health and wellness? What is most valuable to you and why? Do you feel the need to validate your actions or do you have the level of self-confidence to truly believe in yourself? Which of your virtues enhance your personal vitality and maximize your strengths? How do these make you feel?
two. Attitude; fitness; attention; behaviour; evaluate: Do you think you can, or do you question yourself, constantly? Will you continue with a positive, well-regarded, positive attitude, and will you develop the aptitude and skill set necessary to maximize your chances? How much attention to detail will you pay? Will you have the inner strength and fortitude to clearly assess your strengths and weaknesses objectively and realistically?
