Easy Ways to Lose Weight: The BMW Method

Thousands of articles are written on how to lose weight? How slim down? Or the best diet plan to cut fat etc, you may think this is another one of those. It may be, but the only thing different is seeing the whole process from a different perspective. I will call this method BMW. Which is easy to remember and painless to follow. Brain set, meditation and training, it is.

Brian set is putting your mind to something. Most of the time those who are overweight their main cause is eating. They don’t get fat just like that. They are unable to control themselves from luxurious foods. Those who think they do not eat abundantly should first find out what is causing their flab from a doctor. For the rest who are vigorous eaters they need to set their mind that they need to lose weight. After setting it up, all you need is to act accordingly, that is, eat less and eat selected good foods. (Trust me, we all know what food is best for us) Throughout the day and throughout this process, stick to your plan. Set yourself a goal that you can achieve, for example, in the next 5 days I want to lose 5 pounds, which is very achievable after 5 days, increase your goal. That way your success rate will be high and you will be a better person all together.

Next is meditation. Why do you need that? Very simple: keep the “mindset” to stay in your position. Most of the time, what happens is that a few days after people go on the diet, their tongue tends to go back to the previous eating pattern, so the success rate before reaching the goal plummets. People lose their trust. Now the question is: is it difficult to do meditation? Not really- before you go to bed give yourself 5-10 minutes, close your eyes think about what you have done all day, what was good, what you should have done, think that you are the most beautiful creation in the world and that you can achieve anything you want, you eat the food, not the other way around, etc. That way you can control your soul and mind. They (soul and mind) need to come together to have a victorious part in your life.

Last but not least is exercise. Most obese people scared by the word “training” forget about the actual exercise. Don’t worry, you don’t have to go to the gym or do jumping jacks or run. Easy solutions: start working at home first, such as stop using the washing machine, dishwasher or vacuum, play with your children or the neighbors’ children, if you are reading, walk and read, if you are writing, move your legs under . I do not suggest strenuous exercise because after doing it the stomach feels empty and we may end up eating or drinking too much. What I like the most is walking. Set an easy goal, let’s say you want to run 1 mile in 25 minutes, then gradually reduce the time. And do this at a particular time of the day or week.
