The five best yoga poses help you fight obesity

Yoga is considered an amazing practice to achieve spiritual enlightenment. But did you know that Yoga is also a great physical exercise? What the experts say is that Hatha Yoga or the physical aspect of yoga consists of specific body postures or alignment exercises that help a person achieve the physical condition necessary to achieve spiritual enlightenment. Although Yoga works on all parts of the body, it is specifically useful for reducing body fat and fighting obesity. As we all know obesity is one of the most common problems experienced by people these days. Due to sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy diet, people get fat and suffer from a serious form of physical disease called obesity.

We tell you the five yoga postures that can help you especially fight obesity:

1. naukasana-

As its name suggests, Naukasana or boat pose helps you reduce abdominal fat, tone your abdominal muscles, and strengthen your lower back.

Steps-

Lie on your back. Keep your hands along your body. Take a few deep breaths. Now slowly lift your body, chest, arms and legs off the floor, while taking a deep breath. Continue to hold this position for a few seconds or for as long as you can. Continually feel the pull in your chest, stomach, and back muscles. Return slowly to the normal position. As you exhale, relax your posture and return to the original position. Repeat the asana at least three times.

two. Pawan muktasana –

This pose is very useful for burning fat in the thighs, hips, and abdominal region.

Steps-

Lie on your back. Now slowly raise your legs and clasp your hands around your knees. In this position, bring the legs closer to the body. Hold this position for a few seconds. Slowly release the pose and lower your head to the floor. Once you’re done, stretch out your legs and relax.

3. Bhujansana-

This is also called Cobra Pose. This pose is especially useful for toning and stretching the arms, shoulders, buttocks, thighs, back, and abdomen. Bhjangasana is an excellent asana to reduce abdominal fat. If practiced regularly, this pose can help you achieve a flat stomach.

Steps-

Lie face down on the floor. Place the palms of the hands on the ground next to the shoulder. Inhale and simultaneously lift your body up to the navel. Hold this position for a few seconds and slowly return to the original position. Repeat the pose three times.

Four. Paschimottan Asana –

It is also considered an excellent pose to combat abdominal fat. This pose helps reduce abdominal fat and tone the abdominal area, pelvic region, thighs, hips, and shoulders.

Steps-

Sit on a flat surface, stretch your legs out in front, and straighten your legs. Inhale and bring your arms above your head. Now exhale and lean your body forward and try to touch your knees with your forehead. Continue to hold this position for a few seconds and continue to breathe normally. Inhale and slowly return to the normal position. Repeat the pose twice.

5. Veer Bhadrasana-

This is also called a warrior pose. In addition to reducing body fat, this pose also helps improve body alignment and burn fat throughout the body.

Steps-

Stand with your legs stretched out at least one foot apart. Now move your gaze to the right and bend your right leg to 90 degrees. Now take a deep breath and raise both arms to shoulder level. Turn your head to the right and continue to hold this position for a few seconds or as long as you can. Inhale and return to the original position. Repeat the pose at least twice.

These poses, if practiced regularly, can really help you reduce not only belly fat, but fat all over your body as well. Reducing belly fat is the hardest job in the world and it requires a lot of effort from the person. But it is not impossible either. With practice and patience, you can really achieve good results in a very short time.
