Many networkers will be looking for a change right now, others may be looking in a few months or maybe years, then some may not be looking at all (just like any other prospect you’ve pursued the old fashioned way) and that’s fine. If you create a situation for yourself where you have thousands of people that you are providing value to, then you will have people who want to join you every day.
