Every obese person on this planet will want to lose weight and want that slim and sexy figure! Of course, a good sensible exercise program along with a good diet plan will accomplish this. The good stuff that has been “processed” from these refined carbohydrates are all the highly beneficial nutrients that Mother Nature originally put into them. The fiber, bran, and most minerals and vitamins have been removed, leaving a white, tasteless, durable, and stable product. Stay away from them.

Moving on to refined sugars, the problem with them is that all of their vitamins and minerals have been stripped out. Refined sugars are a pure, concentrated form of sugar that offers nothing more than its calories. This is in stark contrast to unrefined sugar which includes impurities, or sugars that occur naturally and are embedded in organic products like fruits and vegetables, which provide lots of fiber and nutrition.

Fibers provide a natural barrier for our digestive system and slow down the intake of sugar in our body. These are the natural healthy foods for weight loss, so enjoy your fruits and vegetables wholeheartedly.

So making sure you have enough protein at each meal will help your body control important blood glucose levels by slowing down the intake of digested carbohydrates.
