How to make a baby smile

The smile on a baby’s face is one of the most precious treasures in a parent’s life. They can go to any lengths to achieve this. It is one of the simplest and yet most beautiful things one can see. When a baby smiles, everyone around them seems to radiate a dazzling glow of uncensored joy. Anyone who can make a baby smile experiences an even greater sense of euphoria. A baby’s smile can change the whole atmosphere of a room. It can lift anyone’s mood. The art of making a baby smile is very simple if you know what the baby likes or enjoys.

One of the most classic ways to make a baby smile is “peekko! I see you.” One can simply hide behind his hands and suddenly appear in front of the baby’s face. You are sure to see giggles and dimples on your baby’s face.

Another effective method is to blow raspberries on their cute little hands, belly, and feet. Babies crave touch. This method is a surefire way to get them to smile and they’ll soon start making their own ‘crazy’ sounds.

Babies love it when their parents bite their feet, fingers or neck. This love of nibbling lasts even after childhood.

The sparkling bubbles you blow attract babies like a bee to honey. If you blow some bubbles near the babies, they will be amazed at the beautiful floating objects.

Making silly, exaggerated faces at babies never seems to go out of style. It’s a wonderful way to pay attention and babies love to be the center of their universe. Sometimes even a simple sneeze can bring laughter to your baby’s already beautiful face.

Babies get bored easily and see the same faces over and over again. An older brother, a parent who has been at work all day, other relatives are sure to keep your child engrossed for hours. Taking him to the playground, shopping malls, amusement parks, or visiting new places and meeting new people will not only increase the baby’s curiosity, but also keep him happy, content and smiling.

Plush toys that talk with a funny lisp are always among the best options to give a baby that smile to die for.

Making animal noises and imitating their movements can make a baby laugh. Trumpeting like an elephant, grunting like a pig, and most importantly making monkey noises and jumping around and scratching your armpits are a sure way to get him to laugh in your face.

A pet, whether from family or a friend, can keep a baby entertained and smiling for a long time.

Tickling is the last resort that is done to get a baby to flash that million dollar smile. A baby can understand warmth, in the caretaker’s touch. Touching her playfully only assures him that she is safe and in the company of familiar people.
