How do you VALUE yourself?

If you don’t respect yourself and/or don’t believe in your WORTH, How can you become the best you can be and truly feel good about your past, present, and/or future ideas, actions, preferences, and/or priorities? While most people tell others how great they are, in many cases, they don’t really believe what they are stating/saying publicly. When was the last time, for example, that you took the time and effort to get yourself checked out, from the neck up, objectively and introspectively, and discovered your real strengths and weaknesses? So, could it be better, more effectively, to use all strengths, while addressing any and all areas of personal weakness? With that in mind, this article will briefly attempt to consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and how better understanding its value is beneficial and productive.

1. virtues; values; visions; points of view: Henry Ford is often credited with saying: You may think you can or you can’t. Either way, you’ll be right.while Groucho Marx, put this way, It is a matter of mind, over matter. If you don’t have a mind, it doesn’t matter! How well do your actual virtues, strengths, and abilities relate to your expressed views and realistically align with reality? Are your values ​​meaningful to you and do you really value them? Are your visions, of your future, kinder, happier, beneficial thoughts and proactive behaviors?

two. Attitude; fitness; attention; ability; behaviour: If you expect to be the best you can be, you will have to proceed with a true, positive, can-do attitude! Combine this, with a well-developed, relevant, empowering set of skills and abilities, and pay close attention to help yourself, your astute behaviors will produce the best actions and plan of action!

3. Listen; to learn: Effectively listen to every conversation and experience, and learn, consistently, so you can proceed as happy and self-satisfied as possible.

Four. applications; Useful; urgent; usual/unusual: Address your usual and unusual urges in a helpful way, so that the best uses become your best friends. How do your thoughts drive and influence you towards the rest of your life?

5. Emphasize; efforts; to enrich; Excellence: How will you decide, what to emphasize, and the best place to put most of your efforts? Will you strive to enrich your existence, consistently, while demanding the highest degree of your personal excellence, instead of settling for good – enough?

Take the time and seriously consider and ponder how, really, WORTH yourself! Will you have discipline, focus and discipline to do it?
