Hot air oven: a device that helps kill germs

A hot air oven is designed to kill bacteria and sterilize laboratory products so they are free of germs. Widely used in rubber industries, medical manufacturing industries and various others to do the sterilization process, it uses dry heat to kill germs on the item and sample. The device works between 50ºC and 250ºC on the principle of thermostat to control the temperature. It is designed with the digital panel to control the temperature digitally. Equipped with double-walled glass insulation, it conserves electricity by capturing heat in the double-walled design and not letting it escape to the outside.

It works on the principle of gravity air convection in a highly heated chamber of the unit. The double-walled layer made of stainless steel maintains the heat level inside the cabinet since the inner layer is less conductive and the outer layer is made of metal. It is widely used to sterilize materials in the pharmaceutical industry to kill germs on medical tools and instruments with dry heat.

Sterilization is the process of removing germs, contaminations, bacteria, microbes, viruses, and other different things that are on the surface of the material. The entire process takes place in the electrical apparatus using dry heat. Biologics are kept at a certain temperature to make them clean and hygienic for medical purposes. Said process is performed on medical equipment such as scissors, cutters, blades, and other surgical tools. The product or article is kept at a certain temperature and allowed to cool to room temperature after leaving the door open.

The thermostat technology controls the temperature inside the chamber and the double door structure maintains the temperature inside the chamber efficiently. The testing machine is used in the medical industry, hospitals, and testing laboratories of different sizes to kill germs and free them from bacteria.
