fruit for a "recorded physics" 3% body fat

Let me get straight to the point! I love fruit, for me fruit is nature’s sweet!

When I was young and dumb about nutrition, diet and health, all the bodybuilders told me “stay away from fruit if you want to lose fat”. You will never get down to 3% body fat by eating fruit unless you are using steroids and pharmaceutical (speed) fat burners.

I said “no way, I love fruit!”

My favorite fruit is Grapefruit.

Why?

For starters:

  • At least half a fresh grapefruit consumed before meals is associated with much better insulin resistance. This is great for your general health and well-being.

  • There is a powerful nutrient combination of fiber, potassium, lycopene, vitamin C, and choline in grapefruit. This powerful combination helps maintain a healthy heart.

  • Grapefruit is also an excellent source of vitamin C, a strong antioxidant, as well as other antioxidants, grapefruit can help fight the formation of free radicals known to cause cancer. Lycopene intake has been linked to a lower risk of prostate cancer prevention in several studies, and foods rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene have been shown to reduce the risk of esophageal cancer in particular. Important for “older” muscle builders like me.

  • Grapefruit, because of its water and fiber content, helps prevent constipation and promotes regularity for a healthy digestive tract. As we get older this is also very important, but also important at any age.

  • As one of the most hydrating fruits in the world, made up of 91% water (just below watermelon), and packed with important electrolytes, grapefruit is a great snack to prevent dehydration. This can also help with muscle spasms or muscle cramps.

I’ll stop there because I think you understand my reason for adding grapefruit to my diet.

I believe that building health will automatically build a solid, muscular physique that you can be proud of. And best of all, you’ll have that great physique for life, not just for a few months.

Side note: I built my body from a thin, frail ectomorph frame using the methods of natural bodybuilders of the past and then “etched” my physique with the diet of well-balanced foods you would or should eat every day.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the world of diet and how to lose body fat is that of “bad foods.”

Bad food: what is bad food?

A bad meal is a meal that doesn’t help you reach your body fat reduction goal, maybe even 3% body fat.

Can and should you eat fruit when dieting to get the best “etched physique”?

My answer is yes”.

How can a natural food that is packed with an abundant supply of macro and micro nutrients be bad for you?

All right

If you’re using steroids or other pharmaceuticals, that’s when.

Why?

Because drugs wreak havoc on the body’s natural ability to function normally. The drugs alter metabolism and make it difficult for the body to function in its natural ability to burn fat to build muscle.

When this happens, a person needs other drugs to counteract the negative effects of the drugs they are currently taking. What a mess!

Every time I dropped my body fat by single digits, I ate:

  1. fruits

  2. of fat

  3. carbs

  4. protein

And I ate fruit at almost every meal!

I know most people will tell you that fruit is bad for you if you’re trying to lose weight or burn fat, but not me, I’ll tell you that “too much” of any food will cause problems if it strains your metabolism. of balance
