Make sure to get on stage for something during the convention because it will allow you to build influence with your team both upline and downline. It does not matter if it is a retail award or a recruiting award. You want to make sure they recognize you.
Consistency
The easiest way to get on stage during the convention is to be consistent every day and constantly build towards your goal. Small efforts here and there will not help you get the results you want. When you are consistent and keep working to achieve your results, you can be recognized for it on stage and that will allow you to develop your influence so that you can help your team move forward.
Building your network marketing business
If you don’t go to the convention when you’re building your business, your team won’t go either. You have to make sure you get to the convention and get on stage no matter what you have to do. Even if your team doesn’t go, they will see pictures of you on stage and they will want to go to the next event.
